No. EMPF Preview is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anker, eufy or eufyMake.
Does it replace eufyMake Studio?
No. eufyMake Studio remains the editor and print workflow tool. EMPF Preview is for previewing, thumbnailing and exporting local project previews.
Are my files uploaded?
No. EMPF Preview processes project files locally on your Windows PC.
Why does Windows show Unknown Publisher?
The first low-profile release is not code-signed yet. Windows may show an Unknown Publisher or SmartScreen warning because the installer has not built publisher reputation. This is about publisher identity, not cloud upload: EMPF Preview still processes files locally. Download only from this website and verify the SHA256 hash on the download page.
Why do OneDrive Desktop thumbnails sometimes not appear?
Windows and OneDrive can expose cloud-backed files differently through Files On-Demand. For reliable thumbnails, use local copies or folders that are fully available offline.
Does it work with Seer?
Yes, but it is not automatic after setup. EMPF Preview includes Seer-oriented plugin files and an HTML preview route. After installing EMPF Preview, add the plugin in Seer using the Seer documentation steps.
